Therapy Services

    I provide one-on-one support tailored to your goals and challenges. I specialize in working with individuals navigating self-esteem issues, family dynamics, and major life changes, particularly those with multiple and intersecting identities. My goal is to provide culturally competent support.


    My approach is rooted in affirmation and collaboration. I utilize an integrative approach to support you in challenges relating to:

    • Depression

    • Anxiety

    • Trauma recovery

    • Relationship difficulties

    • Identity development

    I often use Emotionally Focused therapy, Person-Centered therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my practice, but utilize an integrative approach. In the first session, we will explore your goals and decide which approaches and modalities might be the most helpful for you.

  • You and your partner(s) may benefit from relationship therapy if you are:

    • Struggling to communicate or feel heard and understood

    • Experiencing frequent conflict or difficulty resolving disagreements

    • Striving to deepen your connection and improve the quality of your relationship

    • Feeling emotionally, mentally, or physically/sexually disconnected

    • Navigating major life transitions such as moving, identity changes, work/school stress, or infidelity

    I practice affirming, inclusive, and evidence-based care for all couples using Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy practices.

    I have experience with LGBTQIA+ people in diverse relationship structures, polyamorous and non-monogamous partnerships, and even close platonic relationships.

    I am committed to supporting individuals navigating the unique intersection of cultural identity while empowering them to define wellness and authenticity on their own terms, including:

    • Therapy addressing complex pressures, balancing cultural values with the environment

    • Support with facing generational and communication gaps

    • Therapy for concerns regarding generational trauma

    • Creating space to explore culture and interpersonal strengths

    LGBTQIA+ therapy services

    I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ adolescents and adults, including:

    • Therapy addressing LGBTQIA+–specific challenges and strengths

    • Therapy for general mental health concerns in an affirming environment

    • Support for transgender and nonbinary individuals exploring identity or medical transition

    • Gender-affirming evaluations and letters following WPATH Standards of Care

Getting Started

Finding a therapist who suits your needs is a very important decision. I offer a 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if I am the right fit for you

Intake Process

The intake process typically takes anywhere from 1-3 sessions. The first few sessions will be us getting to know each other.

You will typically share your concerns, history, and goals, complete a comprehensive mental health assessment, and we will develop a treatment plan together.

Therapy Sessions

  • Therapy sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your goals and needs

  • Each session will be approximately 50 minutes and will be focused on your goals and processes
